Google enacts their new privacy policy on March 1.  With this revision Google will
combine any available information they have collected about you from any of their or affiliated websites like YouTube and Gmail.

The new look promises to be great.  When logged in, you should have more targeted search results that include a broader range of results.

However, your internet activity will be tracked to a greater extent and the profile Google creates about you will become increasingly accurate and public.  Your profile will be more marketable.
